We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12pm the same working day, this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday. These orders may be processed and ready for dispatch, however, courier collections are made from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries will require a DPD PIN for the DPD delivery driver to release your order. Please ensure you carefully enter the correct mobile and e-mail of the recipient during the checkout. More information on DPD PIN Code can be found here
Availability denotes the length of time the item will take to be available to dispatch.
Shipping denotes the duration of time that an item takes to reach its destination the either our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. For example, an item with "Available in 7-10 working days" and "Standard Delivery" should be expected in 9-12 working days. Please note working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.
All orders go through a series of security checks to protect the cardholder, errors in the address details, contact telephone number, or e-mail address may result in the dispatch of your order being delayed. In the first instance, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail to resolve any inaccuracies or errors present.
We work with a range of couriers to ensure your order arrives with you as per our delivery terms. Our current courier partners include DHL, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail. Depending on your order we may use one or all of these services. We dispatch from multiple locations which may result in your order arriving on two separate consignments.
Items directly dispatched from the supplier will be clearly marked on the product details page and will vary from supplier to supplier.
With the exception of made-to-order items and products sent directly by the supplier below, you will find our standard delivery terms. Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom. Also, the following brands only deliver to UK mainland post codes, excluding some Scottish post codes:- Ickle Bubba, East Coast, Tutti Bambini, Silver Cross furniture, CuddleCo.
Tutti Bambini - If the goods have been sent with the courier, we will now need to charge a 30% handling fee in order to stop them with the carrier and will be refunded less this fee which includes picking, transport, and insurance costs.
Silver Cross - Last order date for pre-Christmas furniture delivery is 3rd December 2021
